As this is a SteamBake oven, you can add the right amount of steam at the beginning of the cooking process. This gives you the best results for your pies, bread, cakes and desserts. Just fill the cavity with water, select the True Fan Cooking Plus function, and press the PlusSteam button to get going. What’s more, the Hot Air system circulates warm air evenly throughout the oven cavity to make cooking faster and more energy efficient. Cooking temperatures can be reduced by 20% without compromising on performance.

The Isofront® plus triple glazed door has multi-layered glass panes with a heat reflective coating to keep the heat from escaping. And, an additional heating ring helps you cook more of your dishes evenly, at the same time.

AEG Design

Cleaning the BES255011M is a breeze thanks to the enamel lining on the sides and back of the oven. Plus, the Aqua cleaning cycle uses steam to get rid of any leftover grease or burnt on food. An anti-fingerprint coating keeps smudge marks at bay, and you can even remove the oven door to soak off stubborn dirt in the sink.
