Service and Repairs

We are a service centre for Loewe, Philips, Thomson, Panasonic, Samsung and Pioneer. We also undertake repairs on other makes and types of equipment.

Repairs are carried out in our own workshop by qualified and experienced engineers, and we stock a large range of common parts and can quickly order special items direct from the manufacturer.

We take a £24.00 for glass tube televisions, videos, hi fi systems e.t.c and £40.00 for LCD,Plasma and LED televisions. This is to dismantle the unit, locate the fault. We are able to collect the item if required, there is a charge for this, so please ask a member of staff for a quote when booking. If you have the item repaired then these  estimate charges are taken off the final bill, however if it is deemed irrepairable then we will take into account these fees when buying another product from us.

We also can take in Bose products which require repair which include lifestyle, Wave products and Sound Docks. These items are collected from us and sent back to the Bose Service Department where it is inspected, repaired and upgraded to current specifications. This process normally takes between 7-10 days on average.
